This contemporary renovation gave new life to an ‘outdated’ office building. The upgraded architectural façade treatments were reinforced throughout the landscape, creating a strong ‘property signature’ that will help attract & retain tenants.
The contemporary architectural style added wood-slat panels to highlight the building’s stair tower. A series of matching site walls were designed to complement the architectural statement, allowing for tenant signage & building address. The sleek new landscape features accent trees; colorful succulent plants; and alternating panels of drought tolerant groundcovers, all with drip irrigation for low water use. The renovation project was completed in 2016.
