This Design-Build project included a 30,000 square foot building with adjacent parking lot, arrival plaza, and surrounding landscape areas.
This state-of-the-art facility houses sophisticated computer systems and control rooms that monitor and test missile activity from multiple locations across the western United States.
The entry plaza features a grove of stately palm trees to compliment the large building façade and accommodate a variety of pedestrian activities.
Street trees and parking lot trees provide shade and visual screening. All plant materials were selected for their drought tolerant characteristics, as well as their ability to handle strong winds and salt exposure at this site.
