Skyline Paradise Hills Library

This  iconic 15,000 sf building replaces the 4,400 sf library dating from the 1950s. Designed to ‘inspire  life-long learning’, the building features a soaring roof line,  glass window-walls, and timeless style.

The theme of  ‘DREAM, HOPE, INSPIRE’ is woven into all elements of the building and landscape.

The  Design-Build Team worked closely with the City and Community to  deliver an enduring energy-efficient, water-smart facility… one that  will serve the needs of  this multi-cultural neighborhood well into the future.

Concentric rings of stately palm trees sweep across the site, reinforcing the building’s iconic form. Sweeping bands of colorful shrubs and succulents offer a bold visual statement and drought tolerant environment. Storm water basins capture rainfall on site.
